Details: This piece dates to the 1940's and is fashioned of a pink plastic head band which is covered in floss with net leaves and pearl berries.  

Iridescent sequins probably trimmed all of the berries but all but one is absent and I would remove the remaining one.  Small breakage to the net leave is seen but unnoted as the breakage runs throughout and it appears that it was made that way.  The piece is universal in its size, measures 11 ½ inches around the inner head.
