1920's Child's Llama Hair Coat

Item Number:02579

Details: This coat dates to the 1920’s and is fashioned of plush, light brown Alpaca pile Llama hair with an inner warm flannel lining.  Button holes are on either side of the coat and I believe that these could have been either for little boys or girls and the buttons were placed on the side needed.

This coat has leather knot buttons up the front and could use a good polishing.  The sleeves are lined in a polished silk and cotton blend and the label on the interior is stitched on the inner neckline.  The only thing required is that the rear belting be re-stitched into the hole up the side where it would feed through to give a belted effect to the back.

Several minor nips are seen to the fur but otherwise excellent.  Measures 28 inches around the chest, 19 inches in its length, and a bottom sweep traveling 37 inches around.

Price:    $79.00
