This wide brimmed hat dates to the Edwardian era and is made of plush brown velvet with a large wired brim measuring 14 inches around, with the head hole centered into the circle toward the rear.  

The top of the hat is trimmed in a twist of the brown velvet with a topping of brown mink which twists into the velvet florals at its side.  The head hole measures 25 inches around and is suited for the large size head.  The head hole is fully lined and the condition is mint.
